For services on a billing cycle, the renewal payment will be captured automatically based on the following schedule:

  • Quarterly: 20 days prior to the end of the service date.
  • Semi-Annually: 1 month prior to the end of the service date.
  • Annually: 45 days prior to the end of the service date.
  • Biennially: 45 days prior to the end of the service date.
  • Triennially: 45 days prior to the end of the service date.

You will receive a notification prior to the automatic renewal, giving you ample time to review your subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your "Annually or More" service, you must notify us at least one month prior to the end of the service date. Cancellations requested after this period will be subject to the next billing cycle.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Renewal Process:

  • Invoices for "Annually or More" service renewals are generated 60 days before the due date.
  • Automatic payment via credit card will be attempted 45 days before the due date.

Cancellation Window:

  • To avoid automatic renewal charges, you must cancel the service at least 45 days before the due date (i.e., within 15 days of receiving the renewal invoice). Cancellations after this window will not prevent the payment from being processed.

Refund Eligibility:

  • If payment is successfully processed (after the 45-day mark) and you cancel before the new service cycle begins, the refund will be issued as system credit (minus a 20% administrative fee). This credit can be applied to future services.
  • No refunds (cash or credit) will be provided once the new service cycle has started.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds to the original payment method are only available if the service is canceled before the payment is processed (i.e., within the 15-day cancellation window).
  • After payment is processed, refunds are strictly issued as system credit.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds to payment methods (where applicable) typically take 10–15 business days. System credits are applied instantly upon approval.
6. Changes to Our Payment Policy

We reserve the right to change our Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version of our Payment Policy to our services.
