Important Update: Renewals Policy
We have updated our renewals policy to ensure a smoother experience for our customers. Here are the new renewal payment capture timings:
- Monthly: 10 days before the end date
- Quarterly: 20 days before the end date
- Semi-Annually: 1 month before the end date
- Annually: 45 days before the end date
- Biennially: 45 days before the end date
- Triennially: 45 days before the end date
You will receive a notification prior to the automatic renewal, giving you ample time to review your subscription.
